 Team Pentagon was formed when Vickie's Angels Walk had their first annual Valentine's Dance in 2009 featuring Rich Clare Pentagon Band. All of the band has taken a particular liking to this organization and that is because 100% of all monies raised go towards a good cause of helping local people that are in particular need of help during this time while having to deal with being stricken with cancer. Everyone in the band knows or has known someone that has dealt with issues such as this. My Mother was stricken twice with breast cancer but luckily is one of the survivors. It can happen to any of us at anytime. This is a fantastic organization and we are asking you to help us out in any way that you can. No amount is too small. I know times are economically tough on all of us these days but put yourself in a cancer patients shoes who not only is worrying about their cancer but also how to pay their bills while they cannot work and are ill. It makes our problems seem small.
Come out and walk with us on Saturday, October 9th, 2010 in New Cumberland Borough Park and enjoy exercise, a fun filled day of activities, friends, and most of all the good feeling you get by knowing you are helping. You may raise money yourself for this walk or just make a donation. If you chose not to want to walk, live too far away, or just cannot be there please consider a donation to TEAM PENTAGON this way.
